We would love to serve everyone, but some lawns we cannot provide service to.

- Pahuta Lawn Care is the highest rated lawn care company in our area.
- You do not have to pay up front or sign a contract for our awesome lawn mowing service.
- Lawn Mowing Service includes trimming around everything and blowing off your driveway.
- We use the very best equipment in the industry which does a beautiful job in a quarter of the time.
- We only provide lawn mowing service to Henrietta and West Henrietta, NY only.
- We also provide lawn mowing service to Henrietta (with a Pittsford address).
- If you have a fenced in area that needs mowing, it must have a gate that opens to a 63" minimum clearance
(this usually means that you have a double-gate).

- 95% of the lawns in Henrietta and West Henrietta take about the same effort for us to service,
so you have a 95% chance for your lawn to cost ONLY $39.50 per lawn mowing for weekly lawn mowing service for the entire season!
- UNLESS you are signed up for weekly lawn mowing, there is a minimum of $59 for lawn mowing.
- We do not require anyone to sign a contract for lawn mowing and ask for you to continue with us for at least 6 weeks, but you can cancel service at anytime. We continually work hard to keep your business!
- We use Yardbook to keep our business organized and will be using their online payment system this year.
We will email you a secure link for you to enter your debit/credit card info one-time at the beginning. After service is completed each week, we will make the payment transaction for you. Very convenient. ;-)
- If you would rather not pay online or with a debit/credit card, you can write a check made out to
"Pahuta Lawn Care" for the upcoming month of service (we do not bill you or send you an invoice).
- Your lawn will be serviced on the day that we service your neighborhood (usually the same day every week).
- If you need to cancel your lawn service for a single week, we need a 24 hour notice or you may be charged.
- If you have a fertilization company, you must have them come on a different day than your lawn mowing service. The fertilization company will come on a different day than us, if you let them know. If your lawn has been fertilized on the day that we come, we will not be able to mow and will not be able to come back until the next week and you will have to be charged for that day.

- And... If you pay today, you will get your lawn mowed today!*
* 1st-time customers only.
* If paid before 2pm on Monday thru Friday.
* If paid after 2pm, your lawn will be mowed the very next day.
* If paid on Saturday or Sunday (or Friday after 2pm), your lawn will be mowed on Monday.
* We will text or email you an invoice to be paid electronically before your one-time lawn mowing is scheduled.
- Lawn Mowing Service for "Normal" & "Higher" includes trimming around everything and blowing off driveway (trimming & blowing for "Extremely Long" is $25 extra).
- We use the very best equipment in the industry which does a beautiful job in a fraction of the time.
- We only provide lawn mowing service to Henrietta and West Henrietta, NY only.
- We also provide lawn mowing service to Henrietta (with a Pittsford address).
- If you have a fenced in area that needs mowing, it's $10 more & we need a 63" minimum clearance
(this usually means that you have a double-gate).
- Grass height/length has a lot to do with how much you are charged (see below).
- For Weekly Customers, lawns are serviced on the particular day that we service your neighborhood.
